How long will it take to deliver?
It depends on how fast USPS is at delivering the package(s). We will process and ship your order typically within 1-3 days of receiving the order. We are shipping from Maryland, so if you live further away, it will take longer to arrive. You will receive a tracking code in an email to follow the delivery process, once it has been shipped.
2. When are new dice releases?
New dice joining can vary in frequency, but it is announced on our Discord channel and on the announcement bar as you open the website. When they are released, if you are subscribed to our Newsletter, you will be one of the first to be notified and you’ll be able to see some sneak peaks into the next release.
3. Do you sell in-person or in a physical shop?
We are being carried in a physical shop! 3 Gear Games/Studios in Laurel, Maryland is a great place to find dice sets that have never been in our online shop or find in-stock sets that are out of stock on our website. It is a small business that promotes inclusivity and positive gaming experiences for all ages.
4. Can I request a custom dice set?
Of course! Please use our Contact page for further inquiry and we will respond as soon as possible. Custom dice set typically will take about a week to make, depending on the complexity of the request. For example, shell sets will take longer to make than a standard because it has to go through 2 curing times and 2 sanding sessions.
There is no upcharge for a custom order, unless you request an order to be done sooner than the quoted time frame.
Depending on the order, the time until shipping may vary. In addition, there may be a cap on how many dice you may order at one time, in order to prevent a hold up in production and you having to wait longer.
