What Is A ‘Smokey’ Technique?

The ‘smokey’ technique is used to describe adding drops of ink to the top face of the open mold. When you add the drops and then add more resin on top of that, it pushes the ink down and creates smoke effects inside the die that can be seen in transparent dice sets.
